Available in US sizes 2 to 10. Strappy styles tend to feel more snug across the top of the foot during the first few wears. If you have a higher instep or wider forefoot, go up half a size. The straps will give slightly after 2-3 wears as they soften.

Most customers are comfortable within the first 1-2 wears. We recommend wearing them at home for a couple of hours before a full day out. Pay attention to any pressure points on the first short wear — it is much easier to return a shoe that has only been worn indoors.

The rigid outsole handles garden paths, concrete, gravel, and light outdoor use well. These are popular for gardening, quick errands, and backyard wear. The drainage holes (if present) make them suitable for hosing off, but they will be slippery on wet smooth surfaces. For kitchen or bathroom use, step carefully on wet tile.

These feature built-in arch support and cushioning, which helps with general foot fatigue. However, if you have diagnosed plantar fasciitis, the arch support in fashion footwear is not a substitute for a proper orthotic insert. The good news is that these have enough depth in the footbed to accommodate a thin aftermarket insole. For bunions, check that the straps do not cross directly over the bunion joint. If they do, the friction will cause irritation within the first hour. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

These are designed for regular outdoor use and are more durable than fashion sandals. The outsole can handle concrete, gravel, and garden soil. Clean with a hose or damp cloth. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods as the material can warp or fade. With normal use, expect 8-12 months before the tread wears smooth.

Product photos are taken under studio lighting which can make colors appear slightly different from real life. the Blue may appear darker indoors than in outdoor daylight. the Brown shade may appear lighter or darker depending on your screen brightness. the Green is a muted olive-adjacent tone, not bright or neon. the Pink is a soft blush tone, not hot pink. the Orange leans slightly toward burnt sienna rather than bright citrus orange. If color accuracy matters to you, we recommend ordering two colors and returning the one you like less — our return policy covers this.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
