Available in US sizes 4 to 10. These run true to standard US sizing. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for open-toe styles since your toes should not hang over the front edge — that causes pressure points and looks off.

Expect 2-3 short wears to break these in. Synthetic leather is stiffer than genuine leather and does not mold to your foot shape the same way. The most common blister points are the back of the heel and where straps cross the top of the foot. Wear them around the house for an hour the first two times before taking them out. If you feel a hot spot developing, stop — a blister that forms on day one will hurt for a week.

These work best on standard indoor and urban surfaces — tile, concrete, pavement, hardwood. For outdoor activities on uneven terrain, check that the outsole has visible tread pattern. Smooth outsoles are fine for flat surfaces but will slip on wet or loose ground.

These feature built-in arch support and cushioning, which helps with general foot fatigue. However, if you have diagnosed plantar fasciitis, the arch support in fashion footwear is not a substitute for a proper orthotic insert. The good news is that these have enough depth in the footbed to accommodate a thin aftermarket insole. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Air dry away from direct heat — radiators and hair dryers can warp the sole and crack adhesives. Store in a cool, dry place. For daily wear, expect 4-8 months of use before the outsole tread and footbed cushioning show significant wear. Rotating between two pairs will roughly double the lifespan of each.

Product photos are taken under studio lighting which can make colors appear slightly different from real life. lighter colors like Beige will show dirt and scuffs more quickly than darker options. The Black is a true solid black. If color accuracy matters to you, we recommend ordering two colors and returning the one you like less — our return policy covers this.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.

Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location — West Coast tends to be 5-7 days, East Coast and Midwest 7-10 days.
