Available in US sizes 5 to 11. Slippers are meant to fit relaxed, not tight. If you normally wear a half size, round up. The lining compresses slightly after the first week of use and the fit will settle in.

No break-in needed. These are soft from the first wear. The cushioning will compress about 10-15% over the first two weeks and then stabilize — this is normal and actually improves the fit as the footbed conforms to your foot shape.

Designed for indoor use on carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate. If you use these on a porch or to grab the mail, the sole is fine for dry concrete. We do not recommend regular outdoor use — the sole material wears down quickly on rough surfaces and is not designed for wet conditions. If you need an indoor-outdoor slipper, look at our clog options which have a more durable outsole.

These feature built-in arch support and cushioning, which helps with general foot fatigue. However, if you have diagnosed plantar fasciitis, the arch support in fashion footwear is not a substitute for a proper orthotic insert. The good news is that these have enough depth in the footbed to accommodate a thin aftermarket insole. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

The lining will flatten and compress after about 6-8 weeks of daily wear — this is expected with plush materials. To extend the life, alternate between two pairs if possible. Most styles can be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry only — machine drying will shrink and clump the plush material permanently. Do not use fabric softener as it coats the fibers and reduces their softness.

The Black is a true solid black. the Blue may appear darker indoors than in outdoor daylight. the Purple reads more plum than violet in person. the Dark Gray is a medium neutral gray without blue or brown undertones. the Navy Blue may appear darker indoors than in outdoor daylight. the Pink is a soft blush tone, not hot pink. the Gray is a medium neutral gray without blue or brown undertones. lighter colors like Beige will show dirt and scuffs more quickly than darker options. the Light Blue may appear darker indoors than in outdoor daylight. the Pink is a soft blush tone, not hot pink. The Red is a true medium red — not cherry or burgundy. lighter colors like White will show dirt and scuffs more quickly than darker options. If color accuracy matters to you, we recommend ordering two colors and returning the one you like less — our return policy covers this.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.

Orders over $65 ship free within the US. Under $65 has a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location — West Coast tends to be 5-7 days, East Coast and Midwest 7-10 days.
