Available in US sizes 7 to 12. Strappy styles tend to feel more snug across the top of the foot during the first few wears. If you have a higher instep or wider forefoot, go up half a size. The straps will give slightly after 2-3 wears as they soften.
Most customers are comfortable within the first 1-2 wears. We recommend wearing them at home for a couple of hours before a full day out. Pay attention to any pressure points on the first short wear — it is much easier to return a shoe that has only been worn indoors.
The standard outsole grips well on dry indoor surfaces, pavement, and concrete. On wet tile or polished floors, these will be slippery — most open-toe styles are. For a wedding or outdoor event on grass, go with a wedge or flat style instead.
These feature built-in arch support and cushioning, which helps with general foot fatigue. However, if you have diagnosed plantar fasciitis, the arch support in fashion footwear is not a substitute for a proper orthotic insert. The good news is that open-toe styles like these allow you to slide a thin adhesive arch support pad onto the footbed without it being visible. For bunions, check that the straps do not cross directly over the bunion joint. If they do, the friction will cause irritation within the first hour. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

For daily wear, expect 4-8 months of use before the outsole tread and footbed cushioning show significant wear. Rotating between two pairs will roughly double the lifespan of each.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
Orders over $65 ship free within the US. Under $65 has a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location — West Coast tends to be 5-7 days, East Coast and Midwest 7-10 days.
