Available in US sizes 4 to 12. Clogs should have about a thumb's width of space behind your heel. They are designed to slip on and off easily, so a slightly loose fit is correct. If you are between sizes, go with your larger size.

Most customers are comfortable within the first 1-2 wears. We recommend wearing them at home for a couple of hours before a full day out. Pay attention to any pressure points on the first short wear — it is much easier to return a shoe that has only been worn indoors.

The rigid outsole handles garden paths, concrete, gravel, and light outdoor use well. These are popular for gardening, quick errands, and backyard wear. The drainage holes (if present) make them suitable for hosing off, but they will be slippery on wet smooth surfaces. For kitchen or bathroom use, step carefully on wet tile.

These are fashion-first footwear and do not have built-in orthotic support. If you have plantar fasciitis, the flat footbed will likely cause heel pain after 30-60 minutes of standing. You can improve this by adding a stick-on arch support pad — they are inexpensive and make a noticeable difference. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.

These are designed for regular outdoor use and are more durable than fashion sandals. The outsole can handle concrete, gravel, and garden soil. Clean with a hose or damp cloth. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods as the material can warp or fade. With normal use, expect 8-12 months before the tread wears smooth.

Product photos are taken under studio lighting which can make colors appear slightly different from real life. the Gray is a medium neutral gray without blue or brown undertones. the Blue may appear darker indoors than in outdoor daylight. the Green is a muted olive-adjacent tone, not bright or neon. the Purple reads more plum than violet in person. If color accuracy matters to you, we recommend ordering two colors and returning the one you like less — our return policy covers this.

You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.

Orders over $65 ship free within the US. Under $65 has a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location — West Coast tends to be 5-7 days, East Coast and Midwest 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
