Frequently Asked Questions
How do the Women's Knit Mesh Boots fit? Should I size up or down?
Available in US sizes 3 to 13. If you plan to wear thick socks with these, size up half a size. The material does not stretch much, so your first-wear fit is close to your long-term fit. Break-in period is about 3-5 wears.
Do these need breaking in? Will they cause blisters?
EVA and rubber styles require zero break-in. They are flexible immediately. The trade-off is that they do not mold to your foot over time like leather or cork would — the fit you get on day one is the fit you will have on day one hundred.
What surfaces can I wear these on? Are they slippery on wet floors?
These are not waterproof — light rain is fine, but avoid puddles and standing water as moisture can damage the material over time. The outsole provides good grip on pavement, gravel, and packed dirt trails. Not recommended for ice or snow unless the listing specifically mentions ice traction.
Are these suitable for wide feet, bunions, or plantar fasciitis?
These are fashion-first footwear and do not have built-in orthotic support. If you have plantar fasciitis, the flat footbed will likely cause heel pain after 30-60 minutes of standing. For wide feet, note that most of our styles are standard width. If your foot spills over the sides of the footbed, the style is too narrow and will cause edge pressure — go up half a size or choose an open-sided design.
How long will these last? How do I take care of them?
Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Air dry away from direct heat — radiators and hair dryers can warp the sole and crack adhesives. Store in a cool, dry place. For daily wear, expect 4-8 months of use before the outsole tread and footbed cushioning show significant wear. Rotating between two pairs will roughly double the lifespan of each.
Are the colors accurate to the photos?
Product photos are taken under studio lighting which can make colors appear slightly different from real life. The Black is a true solid black. lighter colors like Beige will show dirt and scuffs more quickly than darker options. If color accuracy matters to you, we recommend ordering two colors and returning the one you like less — our return policy covers this.
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund, no questions asked. The shoes need to be unworn outdoors — indoor try-on is fine and expected. We check the soles when processing returns, so try them on carpet or clean floors rather than outside. If you are unsure about sizing, order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Return shipping is covered on all US orders. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
How long will shipping take?
Orders over $65 ship free within the US. Under $65 has a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location — West Coast tends to be 5-7 days, East Coast and Midwest 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
